What can I, the therapist, offer to you?

I help people, young and old, take all those mixed up feelings, separate them out and figure out how to focus the feelings on the problem. I teach people how to problem solve, make healthier and happier decisions and become more competent at dealing with crisis and/or conflict situations. Whether the conflict is small or large it takes skill to make good decisions. My job is to teach the skills so that individuals can learn to be able to be more efficient, productive and happy whatever situation arises.
