A place to test & rehearse new ways to approach old situations better
A place to test & rehearse ways to approach new situations
A place where someone is interested and willing to listen to you
A place where to learn how to explore and understand feelings
A means to learn how to deal appropriately with feelings and not displace
them on others
A warm, caring environment to learn, grow and change into a happier
person
A time to start over again with new skills
What can I, the therapist, offer to you?
I help people, young and old, take all those mixed up feelings, separate
them out and figure out how to focus the feelings on the problem. I teach
people how to problem solve, make healthier and happier decisions and
become more competent at dealing with crisis and/or conflict situations. Whether
the conflict is small or large it takes skill to make good decisions. My
job is to teach the skills so that individuals can learn to be able to be
more efficient, productive and happy whatever situation arises.
